Kingsley Chiedu MoghaluOON (born 7 May ) is a Nigerian political economist and the President of the African School of Governance (ASG), a pan-African graduate school focused on public policy and governance based in Kigali, Rwanda.^[1] He served as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, appointed by President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, from to He subsequently taught at Tufts University as Professor of Practice in International Business and Public Policy at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy from to ^[2] He was the presidential candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) in the country's general election in February ^[3]
